The general feeling is that it's cheap. But it's cheap - and even if you buy something you know in advance you're not expecting A+ quality, there's an expectation that the product will actually be reasonably functional, and this product fails in every way. Keyboard - NUM LOCK is dead, it actually works. Don't toggle the number pad at all, none of the keys work on it, not even the + or - keys. The semicolon key is dead too. All the products in the bundle are $33 (I say the mouse pad is free) so it's all the same terrible it's basically an $11 keyboard so it feels like as you would expect from something at this price point. ever had. Bass is 0, you could put two cans of tuna in each ear and it would sound a lot less tinny. Just use the headphones that come with every phone and this upgrade is 200% better. I did not test the microphone. PS - the small 3.5mm splitter in the kit doesn't work at all Mouse - it's very difficult to damage the mouse. The mouse is the second best product in this combination. So far only a few moments where they didn't respond. Mouse pad - large. It doesn't slip much on a satin finish. The edges appear to be braided. That's the best part of this combo, but it's a mouse pad. Manufacturer's website does not list support for model numbers. Skip this if you want a decent keyboard and mouse combo without a headset or mat. You can get a Logitech combo for about the same price and much better quality. I bought this because I needed to replace the keyboard on my secondary gaming rig, which is a bit dated so I don't use it often. I'm not into ultra modern stuff so I figured I'd get something that looks cool and wasn't expecting much of the quality, but it doesn't work with almost all the features it should have. Update: They sent a working keyboard, it's not.
