The most helpful feature for our customer service department has been being able to see exactly how much product we have left at any given time! This allows us more accurate forecasting which also improves overall accuracy when it comes down t o predicting future orders/demand as well.
We wish there were better integration with other applications (such as Salesforce) but this doesn't really matter because all data goes into one system anyway - just not necessarily easy access from another application like sales force would be nice though!! It's great knowing ahead of schedule where items are within their supply chain so no overstocking occurs during busy seasons etc., plus having an idea about expected volume throughout various stores makes ordering less hectic than last year by far. Just make sure they understand fully before implementing whether its beneficial enought to implement otherwise if nothing else works then maybe try something different instead? I am.
