I got this dress for a school photo and it looks great on my 9 year old! The color is so rich on her skin and really suits her. I bought a size up from her normal size because I wanted it to fit her for a while and she likes her clothes to be a little baggy and I'm glad I did. It fits pretty snugly, but I like the oversized boho more than anything skinny. It also falls to the floor so I can lift it just a little bit (maybe an inch at most) so she doesn't trip over it. The fabric is heavier but not so heavy that it's stuffy or too hot or anything. It also has some stretch. I hung it up to be ready for school photos and I've seen her put it on and bounce around her room more than once, so I know she's good at it. I will definitely be buying more of these dresses for her!
