As well as: * robust construction * excellent passive sound isolation *hard case included * excellent work of active noise reduction (I listen mainly in LOW mode) * no "tearing" when listening in wireless mode * very good battery life from one full charge * normal volume headroom Has some cons * built-in microphones in headset mode "not very", but I bought to listen to music and this minus does not "float" me
