This is the second Marshall product I own after Stanmore speakers and after a week of use I can say it has bass for the money I paid. Battery life is pretty good, and Skype and phone call quality is also acceptable. The sound quality is good, but you feel the vocals differently, especially with Indian music. in terms of clarity. This update relates to Marshall's warranty service. . Previously, my headphones turned off automatically when connected wirelessly. I emailed the service center and they asked me for all the details of the purchase (luckily I had my Revain receipt with me) and also wanted me to break it on purpose if I was sure one repair is possible. They told me they don't have a repair shop in Australia so either they want the broken headphones shipped to them at my expense or I have to send them photos of the broken headphones. I have sent photos but they still ask me to send a photo with a piece of paper with my name on it and then again they ask me to put the date on it - which no! I'm fed up with this strange procedure. while they have to think (why would anyone do all that when you can buy headphones like this, and if not then why complain about something that works absolutely fine!)
