When I first ordered a set of bows, each was pink or red and themed Valentine's Day. I emailed the seller and he said it must have been an accident and if I order them again they want me to get real range. I sent the bows back and ordered again. This time I have pink, purple, red, blue, yellow and navy in my assortment. But still, all but one are covered in hearts, and I only have 19. And some of them come in pairs and some don't. I personally would not prefer pairs as I only use one bow at a time, but it is up to the seller to decide whether or not to send the bows in pairs. Maybe I won't even bother to return them. The seller obviously lied when I asked him if the assortment was supposed to be Valentine's Day. Edit: The seller refunded my money and let me keep the bows, no hassle. Customer service gets five stars and the bows get four stars. The stones don't really stay in place after a day, but they're easily glued back with Gorilla Glue. The loops are very strong (which is great) and the ties are tiny so I only have to wrap my regular 45 lb poodle pup once or twice (I always use hemostatic clips to put the loops on).
