You get a good exfoliation.
I was surprised I even liked these because they are thin. I did not think they would compare to my other exfoliating gloves but they are actually great. They aren't harsh but they give you a nice scrub. They fit my large hands well, I have long nails and my nails don't rip through the finger tips like others I've used. Also love that they have loops so I can hang them on the hook in the shower
