Perfect fit and protection for braces! After reading many reviews I decided to order a youth size (11-) for my almost 13 year old daughter to practice hawaiian kenpo mma. She is slim, tall (5ft 3in and 105lbs) and usually demands everything else in adult sizes. I didn't want it to be too big in my mouth so I chose Youth. Right choice! Fits her upper and lower braces. The braces are perfect, not too big, she doesn't choke on them and she can close her lips around them comfortably. She has yet to fight/fight them but if it was a bad fit we would know the moment she tried it, no complaints !
