The product makes it easier for our chairs to slide on carpet which is great. But the screws are not good. I will leave some photos for you to see. I've mounted half of the 16 I've bought so far to two chairs and one of the screw heads has chipped badly. A few others started filming too, but I was able to fit them in. The other screw just broke off at the top. Luckily that was correct as I was about to get it all the way in so I was able to screw the plastic piece in further and just hold it in place with glue. I hope that's enough to keep him forever. This made the installation more difficult than I expected because I felt like it should have been a piece of cake. I drilled the holes as the instructions say, so that's not a problem. They are simply made of weak metal. However, when they're enabled, I really like how well the sliders work and it seems like they're difficult to remove.
