Great little player! Fits perfectly in the car, works when plugged in and when I rented a car with a radio with USB it recognized it immediately and was able to play using the radio controls. However, the battery doesn't last long on a charge if it's unplugged for several days, the battery dies and you need to charge it, whether it's in "off mode" or the physical switch is off. While it may be that a particular battery is bad, it's worth noting, if you just unplug it from charging it lasts a while, don't know how long because I don't use it that way, I just use it in the car and keep it connected to the power supply and connect the audio output to the AUX jack and it will have great sound. I can listen to all my favorite music in the car with no ads and it's the perfect color!
