Star Ceiling on Novelty Lighting

Inexpensive kit to create a beautiful star shaped ball pit under the stairs. Drill holes in 3/8" or 1/4" plywood, paint black. Then glue the fibers on the back with hot glue. Cut them flush when dry, put the light generator somewhere handy. Add black light for an extra effect.
