Review on TANG by Nick Santos

I recently had the chance to purchase some outdoor living goods from TANG's online store, but sadly, my experience was subpar. Although their website is attractive and simple to use, there were a few problems that frustrated me. First off, I discovered that some of the products I got were of poor quality, despite their claim to offer high-quality goods. The garden goods were not as durable as I had anticipated, and the patio furniture I purchased had dents and scratches. My frustration increased when their customer service was unresponsive when I tried to reach them. Furthermore, I observed that TANG's delivery times were longer than I had anticipated. It was inconvenient that I had to wait longer than expected for my goods to be delivered. The return and exchange procedures at TANG were also a bother. Before they would take the return of a defective product, I had to go through a number of hoops and present numerous proofs of purchase. This made an already disagreeable situation more frustrating. In conclusion, I was dissatisfied with TANG's online shop and am unable to endorse them to others. Although their website is user-friendly and well-designed, I was disappointed in the product quality and customer support.
