Review on 🚲 Seatylock Viking Heavy Duty Bike Lock Chain with Key – Maximum Security Bicycle Lock by David Ocampo

I scoured the internet for a lock that would work or my use. I need to lock up a bike on the first floor of my apartment building under the stairwell. I looked at SO many u locks but I finally determined the configuration of the appropriate way to lock the bike using a U lock would not work so I looked into all the chain locks. According to the information I looked up a 10mm chain is too large for bolt cutters as well as being a hard shape for the bolt cutters to hold onto.I have to admit it's a bit heavier than I expected but i'll just leave it on the railing when I use the bike. At some point I might invest in a u lock to use when I travel with the bike.This is one hefty chain.I know nothing is lock proof but I think I have a much better chance with this chain lock than with any other u lock. NO LOCK IS UNPICKABLE so don't let anyone food you but there are some locks that are harder to pick or cut than others. Those are the ones you should be looking at. This lock is categorized as the GOLD STANDARD according to Seatylock.Yes Kryptonite is a great name and I've seen a multitude of positive reviews naming it as one of the top locks. I can't figure out why though because almost EVERY Kryptonite lock review I've read has stated that there are problems with the key getting stuck in the lockset or the lock not working properly. I don't want have to pay for a locksmith to cut the lock when I can't get it open.According to the "lockpickinglawyer" on Youtube the Kryptonite version of this chain lock is his "go to" lock. Since he can pick 99.9% of all locks I give his opinion a lot of weight.All in all I think this was a good choice for me.
