Each bit has two small tangs on the side which should slide down into slots in the inner sleeve, then when the knurled compression nut is tightened, the inner sleeve should tighten and hold the bit. Unfortunately, there are no slots cut into the inner sleeve to accept the bit's tangs, which means that it is impossible to insert the bit fully, and secure it. The inner sleeve cannot compress without the necessary slots.I left seller feedback and so far have received no reply.Revain should remove this scam from their offerings.
