Great when it works

I have used Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S10 with the charger. Both also fit perfectly in a suitcase. The problem is that it starts flashing blue after about 2-5 minutes of charging and stops charging about 75% of the time. I have to say when it's not it works great and charges through the case. I've tried without the case and it still happens the same. It has potential if it works consistently.
