I'm 5ft 7in and 145lbs. I first bought this medium sized bra (which is usually a win-win for me with sports bras). I tried it on and it was very comfortable, but I felt the bottom part was too loose around my ribs. I sent the middle one back and got the small one. My bust size isn't great after feeding 3 kids and losing 50 pounds so I want a sports bra that will keep girls on their feet and out of their way. The little one did that and I'm happy with the sports bra. Cons that I see as a problem for others are: Thin material so if you remove the thick padding you can see the tucks. Will not be sweat proof. The band at the bottom is just a double layer of fabric, so it creases when you move. Some might not like that the inner lining is white and visible from certain angles. Pros: I LOVE the little mesh triangle on the back. Not bulky and restrictive. The hem offers a little more coverage than a typical sports bra. Will buy again when it comes in more colors.
