The set of functions and modes is enough for everyday monitoring - heart rate, sleep, steps . It is convenient to switch the playlist from your phone, see the temperature outside. Lots of workout modes. The battery charge when measuring the pulse every 30 minutes, and everyday use is enough for 12-14 days. Fully satisfied for hours.
