Helmet sunvisor wont snap all the way into helmet on one side.

The helmet fits perfect.But the sunvisor wont completely snap into the helmet.So I left it hanging.I didnt force it in.It seems the grommet inside the helmet doesnt have a large enough hole to snap into.I was thinking about putting a screw in it to hold it in.But I wouldnt want the screw to go through my head if the helmet was impacted.Im going to figure out another way.If I glue it.I wouldnt be able to remove it.Other than this little minor problem,the helmet is nice.
