I know everyone is different and this person has asthma, allergies and eczema. Yes I have sensitive skin but it works. it said. The "breathable 3D mesh" on the rollers is very rough and when the rollers go underneath it rubs against my skin. If I had tested it before using it, I would have been familiar with the product. I have read the manual and am very good with instructions. So I will use it. At first I feel great when I can keep it in the right place (I'll attach this band to my neck for massage). I thought I turned on the heating. It seemed to take a decent amount of time. I didn't know how long it took for it to fully heat up. So I relaxed as best I could. I rotate my head and try to massage the different areas of my neck and shoulders for the most effective relief. It was hot, I figured the heat would help relax. I turned my head the wrong way a bit and it started killing my throat so I turned it off. Neck and shoulders are very warm. I was sure it got so hot (I kept restarting it, it hurt) that I might have burned myself. I grabbed my infrared thermometer and scanned my neck and shoulders several times. To my surprise, my temperature was normal in those places. I went and rubbed the aloe on my neck and shoulders to try to cool the burn. I decided to get some relief and tried the massager again, this time on a chair. I gave up trying to hold it in place with enough pressure to realize the heads were moving and moved it to try and massage the side. It was really awkward. I just love the shape of these massagers, they are so convenient and comfortable. I think they are made for people with three arms. I move it to massage the calf muscle. I noticed that when I press the power button the red lights come on and when I press #3 it goes off. I kept it running on #3 the whole time I was using it. It wasn't the heating element that burned me. I got abrasions on my neck and shoulders from the massager which is supposed to ease the discomfort. I think I'll try to get it back. Many other models with this type of design have the same mesh fabric, so finding one that doesn't have mesh is important. I'm not sure if I did anything wrong (I was just laying around and moving my neck to get different muscle tissue groups from different angles. Will I try to use it again? I'm not sure.
