Despite TruLam's claims to be more than just an ordinary office supply business, their customer service is significantly below par. Despite claiming to be your one-stop shop for all office supplies, their variety is limited, and their costs are frequently higher than those of rival stores. Customers are frequently frustrated and unable to finish their projects as a result of the cutting-edge presentation products they promote frequently being out of stock. TruLam's dedication to customer satisfaction, which is utterly nonexistent, is even more worrisome than their poor selection.
