First of all I want to say that there are people who probably shouldn't buy furniture that they have to assemble themselves. There's nothing "wrong" with these folks, but if someone's having trouble putting something this simple together, buy something else. I made this completely by myself in less than 30 minutes by carefully following the instructions. It was very easy if you are good at following the limited text instructions. I bought it for two reasons: to upgrade to a standing workstation and to save space. I concentrate better at my desk, fall asleep less quickly and overall it's better for my health. I bought a cheap standing mat that seems comfortable at the moment, but I'll probably swap it out for a nice gel mat in the future. I have a Microsoft Sculpt desktop that fits perfectly on the keyboard tray as long as I leave the separate keyboard back or on the work surface, whichever I prefer. This table is very solid, there's obviously little movement when typing, but if you want you can probably wall-mount the top work surface and make it stable. My main concern with purchasing this table is the height as I'm 6ft 3" but I'm happy to report that I was able to increase the surface area to 51.75" which is perfect. I set the keyboard overlay to the lowest setting that allows my elbows to be at a perfect and relaxed 90 degree angle. I can't say enough good things about this table, it's excellent and I'll be fine until I can afford a good $1000 motor table. Desk for my future office at Microsoft. ;) In the photo I posted in my review, the table is set as high as I could get, but still stable. In this setup, the desk is 51.75 inches off the floor and the keyboard tray is 45.25 inches off the floor. Everything is perfect for my 6'3" body. The picture shows a 30" Dell monitor and a 24" Dell monitor (in portrait orientation). I had to tilt the monitors a bit to fit both, but It made it feel more natural. Check it out anyway, it helps that the monitors are also height adjustable so I can set them to the perfect height for my eyes.
