This is an excellent addition to an adjustable standing desk. It's a great chair, but I have three complaints. The chair is a little low and the casters are incredibly frustrating. I replaced the casters with the rollerblade style and it solved two of the three problems. It moves great on the office carpet and added about an inch to the height. As for the third, keep in mind that the ball doesn't breathe and your backside may get sweaty after sitting for a while. I use it as a reminder to stand occasionally.
