I'm not an arborist, just a home user. I have a ton of Doug firs that need pruning. I spent countless hours studying and learning as much as I could before I even thought I could. After reading many reviews and watching videos I chose this harness based on SAFETY, COMFORT and what I felt was the most practical for my needs. I don't have any comparison either but I have to say IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND VERY SAFE. It was very easy to set up and very well put together in my opinion. I checked every stitch before climbing and found no flaws or problems. I've just climbed my first tree with all the pruning gear and I felt very comfortable. No pinch points or uncomfortable friction points. Easy to turn on and off. I am very happy!
