I get pimples from time to time. These patches work incredibly well! I haven't used it for cystic acne yet, but I have high hopes. I usually shoot at night (Whitehead) and clean the place. Then stick the patch on. In the morning, the plaster will remove all remaining pus. A kind of deep cleaning. And the neighborhood never blushes in the morning. I use these patches for 24-36 hours. After the first plaster got rid of all the rudeness, I take it off in the morning and wash my face with Cerav. (When a pimple leaves a big hole on my face I put a second sticker on it and it heals the next day. No scars!) /// I have combination skin.
