In general I like the headphones. The noise cancellation works pretty well. They are light. The matte black finish makes them almost invisible. Because of the overall design, it's very difficult to insert them into the ear without activating the finger touch controls on the outside of the earbud. But my biggest gripe is that the charging of the batteries in the small headphones themselves is very unpredictable. I often run out of a dead earbud. I think the electrical contact isn't very good in the case to the tip of the earcup so they don't charge. Instead of placing the charging case on a table, it's better to set it up somewhere so that it's with the tip of the earbud down. Gravity then helps to better connect to the charger. Once the light on the charger starts blinking for a few minutes, you can be more confident that it's finally charging. The charging case charges easily via the plug cable.
