Review on K&F Concept 77mm Variable ND Filter ND2-ND400 (1-9 Stops) with Putter HD πŸ“Έ 28 Multi-Layer Coatings and AGC Glass - Adjustable Neutral Density Filter for Camera Lens by Scott Rodriguez

I want to love him but.

I like it, but the filter doesn't screw onto my lens properly or doesn't suit my way of taking pictures. When I screw it onto the Canon Sigma 18-35 mount, the lever is on the right side of the lens. My other K&F filter does not. But this one does, no matter how many times I put it on my lens - it always lines up on the wrong side. I think if you had a tracking focus/puller on your lens it wouldn't be so annoying. But as a manual photographer, it annoys me a lot, I was constantly fumbling with the ND version, so it can take several seconds for me to take pictures. Otherwise the build quality is excellent, I don't see any color rendering or X-Cross in the camera. The rotation of the VND is smooth and seems accurate (if you look at it). Unfortunately I missed the deadline to return this VND, I want it to be threaded like my other lens. The picture shows the trouble I'm having with this particular lens :(
