When I opened the box I was struck by how heavy the mounts are. This product uses a lot of steel and looks very durable. I was very satisfied with the packaging. Everything was well protected for transport. The guide is adequate but not great, but once you figure it out you'll never need it again anyway. The tension adjustment works very well and seems to be reliable. My only disappointment is that there is no way to keep the wires where you want them. There is a wire groove that holds the wires well, but there is no way to stop the wires from sliding up and down the wire groove. I found a way to use zip ties to hold the wires in place, but I had to get creative. It would be nice if some zip ties were included along with some zip ties to keep the wires where you want them.
