My grandson LOVED this gift. He went to work right away building all them. The only thing is that it's not really easy - he just happens to excel at construction toys! We had to bring in fixer Dad who was an engineer to figure out some of the final instructions--some came with extra parts too which was kind of confusing. The battery operated screwdriver was not working, but you can use the hand tools manually that come with it to put it together. So - if you like a challenge, this is very good. They all worked well after construction.
