It's easy for me as I am not tech savvy at all! The customer service team has been very helpful in every way possible whenever we have questions or concerns about our account with them; there are many different ways you can customize your experience using their software so it will be perfect right out of box when set up correctly - just ask support if needed!! They offer great discounts but make sure this information comes straight off website before signing any paperwork because once signed things get pricey quickly (and i highly suggest getting more than what was offered). Great product overall. We use EI mostly during campaigns where sending mass amounts through autoresponder accounts becomes too tedious without having quality control over who sees each message/email sent by us which helps keep costs down while still maintaining good ROIs after marketing spendings etc..
