The pins are the wrong size/nearly impossible to remove
I ordered the same band I bought last year because the last one broke already. The new one is coming back and the pins aren't nearly as big or strong as the old ones. To make matters worse, they are pre-installed and sewn into the strap, making them very difficult to remove without damaging the new strap. It was so bad when I finally got the half that I needed to replace that I decided to wear it until the other side broke.
