Cannot be used as a note holder on the fridge, but will work as a secondary chip clip!

Stupid design. It has a curved top so the magnet barely touches it when you put it on the fridge. Dull design. They should be flat backed so the entire magnet can stick to all surfaces. They grip chips well but not strong enough for big projects, AND CANNOT HOLD NOTES ON THE FRIDGE OR ANYTHING BECAUSE THE MAGNETIC CONTACT IS TERRIBLE DESIGNED!
