After using them motorcycling in the rain I had to test them. So I put them on and washed them under running water. Well, that proved they weren't waterproof. Waterproof? Not really. My hands got wet. I emailed the company directly to give them an opportunity to act on my dissatisfaction, but I think my money was more important than satisfaction. Never got an answer. So if you're looking for something to keep your hands dry, look elsewhere. The only way to keep your hands dry is to stay out of the water!
