The clock in our 38 year old Volvo died many years ago. Since then, we've looked through many cheap digital clocks that we've pinned to the dashboard. Everyone was having a horrible time as they had 5-10 minutes off every month. We were thinking of a car but my wife decided she needed a clock next to our kitchen sink. We attached it to the dashboard and it struck us: 1) it's small, like a slightly large wristwatch, 2) against a dark blue background, it's easy to read even with our aging eyes, 3) the time seems right. At least in the two weeks we have, the time is just right. Disadvantage: Glue is too strong. We tilted the watch a bit and just couldn't pick it up. Luckily, the clock itself can be removed from the back, allowing you to change the clock's position and setting, or change the battery. But if we had to do it again, we'd use less durable double-sided tape.
