Here's a thing about LED bulbs, immediately after installation everyone says WOW, I love them! Time will tell if that holds up. One of the light bulbs on my license plate burned out. Instead of replacing them with a junk bulb, I decided to switch to LED. I found these 10 packs for about the price of 2 regular light bulbs. I then decided to replace the marker lights, door lights, map and vanity lights. It was going to be great. My Prius had ten T10 bulbs inside and out. Unfortunately the courtesy and trunk lights are Festoon and the reverse lights are 7440. I've gotten this far so I need to replace those and the headlights. So far I have to say it looks fantastic. They are bright but not blinding. They are about twice as bright as standard bulbs. The real color difference. So you get twice as much light, a much more natural daylight color and less power consumption. What's not to love? But again, this is typical of most LED conversions. It remains to be seen if they will start flickering? Will they burn out? They come with a 12 month guarantee, which is nice, but not if they all burn out in a month, rather replacements in a month, which is often the case with cheap LEDs. I'm not saying that's the case here. I hope not! But longevity remains to be seen. Now I can say that all ten bulbs are working. I can also say that they are either not polarized or I am very lucky. All ten worked the first time. I didn't need a 180 degree turn. Now I can't wait to finish the conversion. The reverse lights on my Prius don't do anything, so I ordered very bright LEDs for them. I think the headlights will be the next order. I would take before and after photos. Sorry guys, but believe me, they look really great!
