Bought two of these chairs. The first one was only missing the plastic cap on one side of the leg, it wasn't there because they bent the metal and couldn't get it in, and every nut and bolt for every hinge was incredibly loose. I had to disassemble the parts to tighten them. (EDIT 2/12/2021: the locking mechanism is getting finicky and the bolts/nuts come loose again. I will only be sending them back at this point.) The other chair was missing the locking mechanism and practically fell apart as it was lost, had to send it back. You'd think they'd be used, but these chairs were plastic - so much effort went into assembling them. The chairs are soft enough to sit comfortably, but if you're 6ft tall or taller at the club, you won't be as comfortable as a smaller person when you recline. Build quality issues would be easier to digest and less annoying if there wasn't a passive-aggressive "pay for mom" cue when something was wrong with the product. Maybe pay your people to put things together better before brazenly talking about the quality of your product. Or an even better idea; Sell the product with "must assemble" so we don't even have to analyze the bad work of your employees.
