I like this backpack. The only thing that could be improved is that the buttons on the sides don't snap when I'm walking with my backpack on my back. If they aren't engaged, the valve doesn't close the entire opening, which seems to be an issue in the rain. Either change the buttons or make the flap wider and this bag will be 100% perfect!
