Surprise! - the best price I have received from a Chinese machine so far.

Surprising This device really surprised me. I have over 25 3D printers. Most of the units I've received from China have had to be fiddled with and updated to get them working at a good level. This printer worked great right out of the box. It comes with a 0.4mm nozzle so the prints are clean, but it may take longer. It's not a speed demon. And the heatbed is most likely 12V, so it takes many minutes to heat up. The assembly went quickly. Everything worked for me in about 20 minutes. They even sent extra parts and tools. The straps are crimped in place so future adjustments/replacements may pose an issue at some point. I was concerned about the design with only one Y lead screw (top-bottom) on the left. Thought it would connect. They solved this problem by moving the extruder to the side, thereby saving weight. It works great. I don't know about the customer service as I haven't had any problems. I hope it's as good as this device. The only thing I will add is a strain relief on the heating stage cable. Found on THingiverse.com. It's also recommended to remove the tape they put on the glass and use a big white glue stick instead - much better. This is a large device, so it takes up little space on your desk. All in all I can recommend this device. This is by far the best value for money I've received from a Chinese machine. PROSC is size efficient. Easy assembly from 3 parts in about 20 minutes. The cables have a quick connector. All metal frames and details. Smaller plastic parts Easy to use screen filament replacement option Clean prints, works well Tidy control box with all electronics inside, fan cooled Well thought out and designed (like the base unit) Comes with a box of extra parts and tools Awesome! the journey to you It arrived much quicker than advertised - Fast shipping. VERSUS. Too bad that a strain relief for the heating cables was included. Not a fast printer. The heater takes many minutes to heat up - slowly - Most likely they use 12 volts from the power supply - instead of 24V. A 0.5mm nozzle is preferred. Adjusting the extruder puts pressure on the filament, leaving filaments on it. This can be easily solved by setting the retract option in your slicing software. I back off 2mm to relieve pressure to limit seepage and stringing.
