The ability to make scheduling changes without needing constant attention from our office staff has been awesome! We are able to handle additional bookings with ease while still keeping our customer service representatives happy.
Customer support would benefit significantly if they could change their hours around so that we're not always waiting at 8am during summer months when there's little demand in my area - but this isn't necessarily something I'd like them to do either since it affects other companies who need those early reps too (and also makes customers feel less appreciated). If you want one place where all departments/users within your organization have access to schedule maintenance then look into two meters!! Scheduling needs were solved through Two Meters by allowing us greater visibility throughout every team which ultimately allowed everyone across multiple teams the flexibility needed to ensure maximum production was being achieved day after week regardless or external events such.
