Preface to what I'm about to say if you have an extremely physically active cat you might want to reconsider buying this cube as it is not durable enough to survive. My cat flipped it over and flattened it in minutes. If you have very obedient or calm kittens, this will be cute for them. For my cat I had to nail or glue it to the floor. I didn't mind him flattening it after I had to put it back together but my cat got trapped in it after my cat climbed in and managed to turn the bottom over to close the hole and then came out in a panic . He turned it upside down. I didn't even know he was there until I heard his loud meowing from the next room. I still let him play with her because he likes her but I stay in the room with him and when I leave I fold it up and put it away just in case.
