Makes my makeup look blotchy
I decided to give it a try as my nose makeup wears off pretty quickly throughout the day. When I first applied it it was very sticky and I thought it would be great. Not correct. I tried twice, under two different bases. I don't know if this is a primer for my skin but it makes my makeup look awful after a few hours. My makeup looks caked and stained. I have pretty dry skin, so many makeup products that everyone admires just don't work on me.
