So I'm a roller skater and I bought the Adjustable 3 hooks and 1 zipper to get the most out of my workout and it's a perfect fit for ME.I have bought many waist trainers and they end up rolling moving and uncomfortable. I don't want to wear it for 8 hours but if I did I could and I feel it would be comfortable it fits my body like a glove. It's not to loose not to tight it's a perfect fit I bought medium thinking it might be a little tight but it is perfect for my shape . I do some simple workout plans nothing major because at the age 46 roller skating is a great workout trust me .☺Ladies all I can say is find your right size the price is perfect and the quality is amazing . I'm a quality buyer and I love this quality the style and how I sweat triple when skating , but just keeping it real once I loose the pouch I don't wear waist trainers anymore. But it's a little harder to reduce the pouch the older I get but once I hit that mark it's healthy eating and juicing , so every 4 to 5 years I have to hit it harder and the waist trainer is my help mate lol. This is what you need if you have that lower pouch like me because this fits all the way down to that area .
