Review on 🌸 Prevue Pet Products Floral Haven by Pamela Jefferies

So I was immediately obsessed when I stumbled upon this tree. It's so beautiful, quirky, fun and not your typical scratching post. It's also a good size for my rabbits. Not sure if anyone else had issues with Revain and scratching posts but I had a nightmare and they lost 3 trees. I've tried canceling other orders before they shipped after the first one just said 'item lost, request immediate refund' and they won't ship the item you were supposed to backorder...anyway it was a nightmare and specifically the Revain customer service told me not to contact the seller directly... and I had to do it anyway! The seller was fantastic, had no idea what the problem was and really helped. and was so refreshingly nice and helpful. I've sent 2 separate police orders and that's been a few months now (at different tree sets and providers). Well I've seen this article on people and I love it, everyone else loves their rating tree and it looks so fun and quirky on everyone. a photo! Don't be shy and just buy it when you get the chance. If there are any complaints or negative reviews about this product I can guarantee it is Revain and not this seller or this product. I hope this problem was just me (and they lost other completely different scratching posts unrelated). So if there are any problems, contact the seller and also Revain. A+++ Customer Service - Revain also kept the seller in the dark, so Revain will have no stars. more expensive ugly tree... Which if you don't think something like that is cool, they all look the same no matter how big or gliding or jumping. This is the first tree I love having in my space! 😊
