I was having trouble sleeping about a year ago and started using a cheap eye mask but it was too tight on my face and put pressure on my orbital bone. I finally gave up and went looking for a nice one.This eye mask is great, it doesn't press right on your eyes, it's adjustable, the fabric is soft and thick but not too warm, I don't use the headphones that often but it's almost spooky how clear they are. I don't think they're sewn into place so you have to wiggle them around to wear your ears are. The controls are on the front in the center of your forehead and I thought that was clever placement. I roll around in the night and the headphones have never made me uncomfortable.This mask helps me fall asleep SO quickly, almost too quickly. I warn my boyfriend before I put it on because it usually makes me fall asleep in under a minute.If you're hesitating, I'd say go for it. I was really pleased with it.
