Review on Homagical Like Paper Screen Protector for iPad 9.7 6th/5th Gen: The Perfect Apple Pencil Compatible Scratch Resistant Matte PET Film by Gary Duncan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It probably works just as well as more expensive competitors

If you're like most people on social media, you've probably seen ads for screen protectors that make you feel like you're writing on paper. I've recently started not one but TWO online students (didn't realize I was going to get into both) and decided to start taking notes on my iPad in particular. I started jotting down notes, but it felt a bit unnatural and felt like breaking my glass (highly doubt it, but you know). Thus began the study of these paper screen protectors. I've seen multiple price ranges from this (lowest) to $30. Read the reviews and buy this one. I just received it today. Installation was quick and easy - the resulting bubbles were easily squeezed out with the help of the mop provided. I've seen a few reviews that said screen protectors are unforgiving when stuck to glass. I can say that I managed to remove without incident the part of the protection that I already had on the glass. I've already tested it with a pencil, and while it doesn't quite feel like paper, it's much more comfortable to write on than just on an unprotected screen. It also has an anti-reflective property, so I believe reading e-books will be much easier on the eyes! In short, this is the cheapest alternative (with good reviews) with the same great features. Feel free to buy this - you won't regret it!

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Poorly thought out
