Review on KCOM by Alan Singh

The support is excellent, their team are always willing for you no mater where in world they may be! They have been very helpful at times when I needed them most - even though we were geographically apart!! Nothing really but all good points so far as it goes- would not say anything negative about this service provider other than maybe try using someone else if your requirements aren't quite same or there could just possibly another supplier out which fits better? We use kcom every day of our working week from Monday through Thursday (9am until 5pm) however sometimes during those hours do need some assistance via phone/email etc due to problems arising elsewhere within my department / business area which needs immediate attention!
