I have purchased several solar string lids to be used with glass jars. I found the caps leaked even in a light drizzle and I was afraid this would ruin my flashlights. I bought them and they work like a charm. The seller included a sample of the full gasket with o-rings I bought which is also very nice. I had no problems with them, they fit and saved my glass lamps. The price was right and I'm so glad they are silicone and not rubber to withstand the scorching sun and heat here in Florida. They are thin so the lid can be easily screwed on and the jars are completely waterproof. I even sealed the jar and dipped it in water, not a single drop of water got into the jar. I could not find anything that met these requirements.
