At first I found that when trying to change the volume or alternately fast-forward the song, the sensitivity of the headphones was either too sensitive or too sensitive enough. Also, they automatically connect to my phone when I take them out of the case, but not always to each other. and sometimes one will and the other won't. I think the only way around this is to disable bluetooth every time. The volume also jumps higher when pressing the button than when using the volume rocker on my phone. Finally, the battery life is TERRIBLE! Of course I use them during the day, but they need to be charged frequently. at 50% charge you will hear a voice saying "charge" every 1-2 minutes, and so on until you do. by 50%! It's absurd that a 50% charge interrupts my hearing every minute. and the kidneys don't use up their power at the same rate, which is odd. They appear to charge quickly, but the charging case also loses power fairly quickly when the earbuds are charging. I think you get what you pay for. The sound is good but the microphone is quiet. I have had several complaints about being very soft when speaking through them.
