Pretty easy to assemble. However, I am concerned about how long the screws will hold the monitors upright. Both the 22" and 27" monitors kept spinning forward until I actually grabbed the screw and tightened it as hard as I could. I still have the feeling that they are ready to turn forward at any moment and I can no longer tighten the screws. I think it took me about an hour total to fully build and install it on my desk. That's mainly because I built it to face the wall so I can see it better when I put the monitors on the stand. Then, after completion, it was too heavy to turn around. So I had to take it apart, flip it, and reassemble it so the monitors were facing the front. If you follow the instructions step by step it's really easy and not difficult at all. There was clearly a thought behind the design. There is a small holder on the back for the three Allen keys to tighten/loosen the screws so they don't get lost. There are also two plastic pieces on each arm for cable management. I haven't used them but found them a thoughtful addition. Apart from the mentioned concern that the screws don't hold the monitors sufficiently in the long run, the workmanship is solid. I'm not afraid of the stand tipping over. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
