The case is too bulky to use for writing on the iPad and the incredibly quirky folding designs in the magnetic cover turn it into a bulky origami nightmare. The term "ease of use" eludes the designers at Tomtoc. Functionality is zero and good luck with this case that successfully supports your iPad at reliable viewing angles. The fold adds at least 4-5 inches to the back of your iPad. Please accept my return.
