As my name suggests this is a great tool kit that can be tucked away in a drawer for up to 20 years when you need it. The only other time I've needed one of these tools was probably 10 years ago on an old Gameboy Advanced SP to replace the body shell with a new one. The only thing that wouldn't come in handy in this kit is needle nose pliers and some heat gel. Also, it's great to use. I need this kit to clean my PS4. I tried blowing it out with my airbrush (set at 40psi - probably stronger than a can of air) and I blew a lot but it still overheated. Bought to take it apart and you couldn't believe how much dust was still clinging to the heatsink and heatsink of this system. I ended up cutting the power cord trying to unplug it so I had to order a new one for only $5. However, it shows you that even if you blow the dust off as best you can, that's just the surface of the problem. The PS4's heatsink has about 100 thin slots, about 2 inches wide and about 2 inches high. If you blow it from a single angle you can actually reach it without opening the case, not even touching the actual problem area. I literally had clumps of dust on the other side of the heatsink that can only be removed by disassembling it. If you open it up to clean it, definitely make a favorite and order some CPU heatsink thermal gel, well, kill two birds with a flap since it's already open. I didn't even think about it before disassembling it, but since I had to buy a new 4-pin connector for the power supply, I ordered some heat gel.
